💫 Refund & Return Policy
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at CustomerService@ezenwanyi.com before returning any products. We’re here to help ensure your experience with Eze Nwanyi remains positive and aligned with our commitment to quality.
🕊️ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your claim is approved and deemed an error on our part, we will gladly cover the cost of replacement or refund.
🏷️ Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
📦 Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if applicable).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sealed goods (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Items purchased by mistake or due to buyer’s remorse

Products customized or made-to-order
All products are carefully created and fulfilled per order, and we do not process size exchanges or returns based on preference.
🌍 For EU Consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods which, once unsealed after delivery, are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
For this reason, Eze Nwanyi reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
⚖️ Governing Language
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
